At RetroStage®, we want you to feel confident in your vintage-inspired style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our team is here to ensure a smooth and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
